Video Shoot Date!!

Hey guys,

So, it looks like it will work for everyone to do tomorrow, Tuesday (May 6) for the video shoot.   How about we plan on meeting at Engedi Church at 3:30?  I am assuming that it will take about 2ish hours.  I talked to the facility manager of Engedi, and he assured me that he would be at the church on Tuesday! :)  I think we can just stay there at Engedi even for the outdoor shooting since there are lots of different backgrounds we could use (greenhouse flowers, brick wall, white brick wall, fence, etc.)  Please comment on this post and just confirm that you got this message and that tomorrow will work for you.  Thanks!

Also, I think you should all look over your part of the script and try to memorize the main idea so that we can eliminate as much "script-looking" as possible :).  I will bring scarves again as well as the green jacket and a couple of other sweaters to change up outfits.  Laura, can you bring your airsoft gun?? :)  If anybody has a black stuffed animal that could pass for a blackbird, go ahead and bring that!  Make sure that if you are a part of the last scene (interview with CWV group) that you wear something nice! :)  

Madison, I know you had said you were busy on Tuesday, but if you are able to come for even a short while, we could re-shoot your interview and add some of our new ideas!  I hope you can make it! :)

Hey guys,
So I have been trying to figure out weekend logistics since most of my family is going to be out of town.  I am thinking that we should try to figure out another day that will work instead this week.  That way, Caleb will be able to come along and help again and I won't have to figure out how my two little sisters will fit into the picture! :)

So, for a different date this coming week!  I know that I am available the afternoons of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Let me know what days will work for you!  Thanks!  I am really sorry this Sunday isn't going to work and I appreciate those of you who got back to me so quickly!

Video Shoot - THIS SUNDAY???

Let me know by TOMORROW (Saturday) if it will work for you to do the video shoot this Sunday at 2:00.  I know some of you have evening church commitments - that's okay, we will just make sure that the parts you are in are filmed first! :)

I am going to talk to my pastor to see if we can get into Engedi on Sunday and if so, I will let you know by tomorrow.  We will just plan on meeting there.  If you think of any props that would be helpful, go ahead and bring them!!

Hey guys!  Great job out there today!!!  Everyone did amazing and I am super excited to see the end results!! 

I can write up a list of credits for you to use at the end of the video.  I will probably post that on the blog early next week!

What to bring to the video shoot! :)

Hey guys, here is a list of what to bring/wear tomorrow for the video shoot!  Just so you all know, it is supposed to be sunny and in the lower 60s tomorrow so dress appropriately for when we are outside! Let me know if you have any questions!  By the way, is there anybody who is NOT going to be riding with me to Engedi from Friday Addition??
